Buying Overview
Buying on myefair.com(netUFi.com) is easy. Please begin your buying by following the steps as listed below:
·If you are new to myefair.com(netUFi.com), join as a myefair.com(netUFi.com) member.
·Search for products and suppliers.
·click "inquiry now" and fill in the required information.
·Post buying leads to get instant seller quotations.
Search Products & Suppliers
If you want to find a product or related suppliers, please either browse by category or use our search function.
Browsing
Click "Buy " on the main navigation bar of any page.
You can browse the extensive product categories to look for what you want.
Use the filters above the listing to refine your choices.
Search
Please enter the product name in the search box to start a search If you already know what you are looking for,
The results will include the titles, posted dates, summary,the sellers country and company name
The results are sorted by relevance and by membership type.
Search Tips
To refine your search results, use the filters above the listing.
If the results are unsatisfactory, reduce the number of words (i.e. "glass goblet " instead of
"colored glass goblet ").
Avoid keywords which are too specific or specialized (i.e. 4 X 6" wood horizontal photo frame).
Only search one product at a time.
Don't include a country or region's name in your search (i.e. "photo frame China ").
Don't include the word "buyer "or "seller " in your keyword phrase (for example: "photo frame seller ").
Contacting Suppliers
Sending Inquiries
You can send inquires to your interested sellers after browsing or searching. Use these steps:
1.Click the box beside each product or supplier you are interested in.
2.Click the 
button.
3.Complete the required information and submit.
4.All your inquiries will be sent out simultaneously.
5.It may take sellers a few days to respond your inquiry. Their replies will be sent to your "Message Center "in "My Office ".
Sending Multiple Inquiries
1.Click the box beside each product or supplier you are interested in.
2.Click the 
button，then your selection has been stored in the basket.
3.When finish selecting, please go to locate at the right hand corner of each page and click it.
4.Review your selection and click the "
" button.
5.Complete the inquiry form and submit.
Your "Inquiry Basket " works like a shopping cart, thus offering buyers greater convenience. You can add unlimited items in your "Inquiry Basket " and continue searching. Eventually you can send all the inquiries at once.. The items in your "Inquiry Basket " will remain active for 30 minutes if you leave myefair.com(netUFi.com) website. Please kindly take note on this. They will be automatically removed when you send them as inquiries or you can delete the items from the basket by clicking on the 'Remove Selected' link.
Post a Buying Lead
A buying lead is a trade lead posted by a buyer. Essentially, it is an invitation to sellers to quote their prices and terms regarding a certain product or product range.
Try to post a buying lead if you cannot find the products you want to source on myefair.com(netUFi.com). As suppliers usually do not post their entire inventory, it is best to tell sellers what you want to more effectively source and get the right sellers to come to you.
When posting your buying lead, you can choose to specify your preferred method of contact, as well as conceal your company information. Furthermore, you can choose the type of memership you would like to buy from. Only the sellers w. your selected membership will be able to view your trade leads and respond accordingly. All seller response messages will be sent to your own "Message Center " in "My Office ".
If you are a member, you can post buying leads under "Buying Tools " within "My Office ", or from many other pages by clicking on the "Post Buying Leads "link in the "Buying Tools " box.
If you are not yet a member, you can post buying leads from many different pages by clicking on the "Post Buying Leads " link in the "Buying Tools " box. By completing the following registration form, you will be registered as a basic member with myefair.com(netUFi.com).
